The 2023 Defender Rally Series by Bowler kicks off at Walters Arena with first championship rounds

This past weekend, the 2023 Defender Rally Series by Bowler and the 2023 Bowler Defender Baja Championship kicked off at Walters Arena. New and returning Bowler Defender Rally teams were introduced to a new competitive safari course layout at Walters Arena near Neath, Wales, during the combined first round.

M-Sport’s premises in Dovenby provide an appropriate setting for the commencement of the 2023 MRF Tyres BTRDA Rally Series and Motorsport UK English Rally Championship, in association with Seacon UK, as the battle (and make no mistake – it will be!) for the prestigious BTRDA Gold, Silver and Bronze Stars begins on the Malcolm Wilson Rally.

2023 British Rally Championship is GO!

The Motorsport UK British Rally Championship is back! And it's a little earlier than usual thanks to the opening round of the 2023 season taking us to the Malcolm Wilson Rally this weekend coming [11 March]. The series start its 65th anniversary season in classic Cumbrian forest stages such as Grizedale which have been etched on the memories of many rally fans over the years.

BTRDA - 70th years

2023 marks the 70th [Platinum edition] of both the BTRDA Gold & Silver Star® Rally Championships and, following ratification by the Rally Championship Control Panel, the BTRDA Rallies Committee is delighted to announce next year’s calendar (N.B. Dates correct at time of publication). Eight of the UK’s finest one-day forest events are included and, as ever, in order to give competitors an element of choice and to fit in with busy work / life schedules, everyone’s best six scores will count towards their final tally. Solberg enters Cambrian Rally

WORLD Rally championship competitor Oliver Solberg will compete on the Visit Conwy Cambrian Rally at the end of this month, driving a Volkswagen Polo R5.
